What’s a supmarf?
My name is Murphy, and I run a small recording studio and record local bands and artists out of Central Illinois. The name started after someone with a heavy accent would always say “suppp mmaarrff” when they seen me. After awhile, more and more people started saying it. I was then encouraged by my peers to use this as the name for my studio.
So… you record bands?
Yes. Although the main focus of this website is everything else audio-related that I produce. This includes samples, presets, audio plugins, and anything else related to music.
You’re doing all of this for free?
I am accepting donations, but donations are not required to download plugins or samples released here. They are provided free of charge, and royalty free. Use them in your music all you want.
With that said, countless hours are poured into recording, mixing, editing, designing, programming, packaging, releasing and supporting all of these plugins and samples. The web hosting for this site also costs money, so a donation of any amount goes a long way towards helping this project continue onward.
